Steve Dixon

Description

Steve Dixon began his ministry in 1972 as an evangelist traveling extensively throughout the United States and foreign countries as a crusade and conference speaker.

In 1975, Steve married Cozy Bartlett of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and they continued their evangelistic ministry until 1984.

In 1984, the Dixons turned their attention to the planting of a non-denominational church in Fayetteville.  Steve continues to serve as founding/lead pastor of Christian Life Cathedral of NWA.  CLC is celebrated as a church of great influence both in Northwest Arkansas and the world. Priority is placed on the great commission, spirit-filled life, and ethnic and socio-economic diversity.

Steve’s heart for missions is evident by the three churches CLC has planted in Northwest Arkansas, as well as the many pastors, missionaries, and parachurch leaders ordained and commissioned through Christian Life Cathedral.  Steve’s leadership mantra is to “Train, Equip and Release.”

Steve currently serves as the Chairman of Worldwide Evangelism, a global network of ministers. While serving on various boards, his philosophy of ministry is timely for this generation and the next – a compassionate, positive message of restoration and hope for all people.

Steve is a songwriter, musician, and author. He and Cozy have two sons, Steven and Christopher, and five grandchildren.
