Your Speakers

Pradeepen Jeeva

Pradeepan Jeeva is a church planter, Zondervan author, and special needs dad raised by Sri Lankan Hindu refugees in Minnesota.

Pradeepan and his wife Amreitha co-founded and lead one of Seattle’s fastest-growing and most diverse churches, welcoming over 50 nationalities each Sunday. As a main session speaker, writer, and coach for the Association of Related Churches (ARC), he shares powerful insights on building multi-ethnic communities and sharing the Gospel in Seattle—the most unchurched major city in the U.S.

Alongside his pastoral work, Pradeepan is a devoted special needs father who loves puns and painful adventures. He received a pastoral ministry degree from Oral Roberts University and his Masters in Education from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He also serves as the President of the Seattle Pastors Network, a guide for the Searock Sessions and an advisor for Practicing the Way.

Daniel Grothe

Daniel Grothe is the Senior Pastor of New Life Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He is a pastor, speaker, drummer, and author of The Power of Place and Chasing Wisdom.

Daniel and his wife, Lisa, moved to Colorado Springs as a newly married couple in July of 2005. He has spent all of those years working at New Life Church. They now live on a small hobby farm outside of Colorado Springs with their three children: Lillian, Wilson, and Wakley.

Pastor Grothe received his undergraduate degree in theology from Oral Roberts University and completed a Masters in Theology through Fuller Theological Seminary.

He loves writing, and he has spent a lot of his life playing drums for wonderful singer/songwriters like GUNGOR, The Brilliance, Darrell Evans, and Michael Rossback.

Dr. Sameh Sadik serves as the Executive Director of Operation Serve International (OSI). A native of Egypt, Dr. Sadik brings deep cultural and theological insight into the Middle Eastern context, offering unique clarity in understanding Islam, the Muslim world, and effective approaches to sharing Christ’s love across cultures.
