MESSAGE FROM WE CHAIRMAN

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS

DOMINIC RUSSO is a catalyst, change maker, and movement builder known for his innovative approach to large-scale outreach and community transformation. At 20, he founded Missions.Me, organizing strategic campaigns in Latin America. In 2011, the organization launched the groundbreaking “1Nation1Day” vision in Honduras, which attracted the largest foreign missions team in history. This movement, declared a national holiday by the president, led to historic collaboration among political and faith leaders, reaching 3.6 million people with the Gospel.

In 2020, Dominic co-founded Love Has No Limits, a U.S.-focused nonprofit that unites NGOs, faith communities, and volunteers to address major urban challenges. The organization has activated thousands of volunteers to provide sustainable solutions across America’s cities.

DAMON HOWELL has served as the Equipping Pastor of The Blended Church for 16 years. Raised in South Bend, Indiana, by his single father, Damon developed a deep compassion for others. A graduate of Wabash College, he is passionate about helping people grow into the individuals God created them to be.

Damon has a special focus on reaching people in a multi-ethnic way, reflecting the diversity of his church, which represents over 30 nations. His ministry is centered around equipping and empowering others, understanding the challenges of life and the importance of support. In his free time, Damon enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with family. His mission is to create a space where individuals can thrive in their faith and community.

 
 
 
 

GAIL STATHIS is Vice President and co-founder of EME Ministries, Lead Pastor of Glyfada Christian Center in Athens, Greece, and founder of Glyfada Christian Academy. With over 30 years of mission experience, she has ministered across Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. Gail leads prayer initiatives, evangelistic crusades, and has assisted in planting churches in over a dozen countries. She focuses on leadership development for ministry expansion in Greece and serves as Executive Director of EME Ministries. Additionally, she is the Western European Zone Leader for Vision International Educational Network and co-authored a leadership curriculum.

Gail has a D.Min. from Vision International University, a D.Div. (Honorary) from Vision International University, an MA in Management from Imperial University College, and a BA in Christian Education from Lee University.

MORNING SESSION SPEAKERS

GRANT ROE is the Lead Pastor of Christian Life Cathedral in Fayetteville, Arkansas. After dropping out of Optometry School to pursue pastoral ministry, Grant worked in leadership development consulting, college ministry, and most recently, cross-cultural ministry in Cape Town, South Africa.

Grant and his wife, Afsaneh, are proud parents of two young children, Simeon and Norah. A lifelong Razorback fan, Grant holds a BA from the University of Arkansas, an MBA from John Brown University, and an MDiv from South African Theological Seminary.

With a passion for seeing lives transformed and communities revitalized, Grant envisions Christian Life Cathedral as a growing, Christ-centered, Spirit-led, multiethnic church renewing Northwest Arkansas and the world with the Good News of Jesus.

STEVE DIXON serves as Chairman of Worldwide Evangelism. His ministry began in 1972 as a traveling Evangelist and a Gospel recording artist. In 1984, he founded Christian Life Cathedral, a spirit-filled, inter-denominational church, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. In 2024, after 40 years of serving CLC’s growing, diverse congregation, Steve assumed the role of Founding Pastor Emeritus and is committed to championing the vision of the new Lead Pastor and investing in the next generation of the church.

Steve’s desire to encourage and honor men and women in ministry has allowed him to respond to international invitations to minister in 35 countries.

Steve and his wife, Eva Cosette, (Cozy), have released 15 albums. He is a songwriter of more than 70 published works and the author of “Serving with Honor.”
